She loves to prepare sweets in the kitchen since she was little, she is her only mother, among the little brothers, and her right hand, she learned the arts of cooking and what pushed her to learn cake decoration, is the first of her daughter. birthday, which she liked to imprint in everyone’s minds images of his sweets, so she brought a three-tiered cake, and another two-tiered one, was the first time in her life that she got into this art, which she learned just in steps watching YouTube.
It is the Jordanian chef, Yara Obeidat, who only imagined herself baking cakes and preparing sugar dough, to decorate the most beautiful cakes, so she quit her job, and pursued her passion, in her “Yara Corner” store.

You are good at cooking too, your cooking is of a simple Jordanian style, did you mean that?

It was to simplify the food with the aim of transferring it smoothly to the young brides, especially the expatriates, with them the northern Jordanian cuisine, from my town Irbid, and now I am working on a project to transfer the dishes from the rest . of the Kingdom, our Jordanian cuisine is rich with traditional dishes, with which we grew up and which overlap with dishes from the Gulf cuisine.

My cuisine depends on the natural flavors of the herbs, be it Arabic, European or American recipes, but for the eastern cuisine I keep the original taste, this represents my memories. I made it in the sixth grade, I never forget how good it looks.

I felt so sad if a cake broke me and once I asked for a cake in the shape of a dolphin, with large dimensions and after I finished it, I split it in half, cried. a lot, then I took a breath and prepared another … Just days taught me to look for a solution and save the situation.
I make a high-quality princess cake every year on her birthday, the honorary president of the Air Force Women’s Club, and I’m proud that Yara’s cake adorns the table.

I was very impressed by the international chef Nigella Lawson and Jamie Oliver, I hope they know me to make them more beautiful cakes.

There is a funny critique that I remember last Ramadan, I published a recipe for truffles, that day I was very tired, I recorded the sound, I said that the materials are present in every house, even though the ingredients are difficult, like rosemary and cranberry, so I got comments, how I have sugar and the second one says spoon is available, That day I corrected the followers that I had said the sentence unintentionally.

I strongly support this trend, which is full of creativity, but it takes logic to come up with a delicious dish with homogeneous taste and the problem is that some people came up with dishes that do not know the tastes and it is not possible.

How to prepare:

1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
2. Coat the tin with tahini and sprinkle with sesame seeds until it covers all the mold.
Boil the anise with water for 3 minutes, and let it cool.
Beat the eggs, vanilla and sugar together until they double in volume, then gradually add the oil, beating a little.
5. Mix the flour, dry milk, baking powder, baking soda and orange peel and add a little salt.
7. Add the dry ingredients and boiled anise alternately to the sugar mixture with the eggs until it becomes homogeneous without mixing too much.
8. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 40-45 minutes.
