During its ninth session, the Dubai Food Festival succeeded in attracting gourmets and food lovers to the many activities and events it organized, such as the Dubai Restaurant Week and a trip to the world of tastes, in addition to the many activities and events that were held at the city level, including the celebration of the first anniversary of the founding of Time Out. The festival, which is held annually at the city level, during this year’s session – which took place between May 2 and last May 15 – celebrated the thriving food scene in Dubai, with the participation of hundreds of restaurants, and provided a platform for residents and visitors to Dubai to experience the most delicious dishes, Best Menus at various local and international restaurants.
The festival witnessed the organization of the “Dubai Restaurant Week” event from the 6th to the 15th of May last year, in which restaurant reservations exceeded 9000 reservations and contributed to the consolidation of Dubai’s global position as a special dining destination, in addition to emphasizing the high level of the food and beverage industry, and the superior quality of the city’s restaurants. The event included the introduction of a three-course dinner menu or a two-course lunch menu at unbeatable prices at 40 restaurants across Dubai, including international chef Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen, “21 Grams”, Suker, Roca and The Main Street. The Dubai Food Festival also celebrated the selection of eight restaurants in the list of the 50 best restaurants in the Middle East and North Africa, as these famous restaurants offered a range of special experiences from the second to the last May 15th.
