Required documents

• The student must not have previously been a member of a scholarship at the expense of any other party, with the exception of the student who calculates what he / she has spent on the previous program as part of the new academic program to which he / she will be sent.

In all cases, a bachelor’s degree is not included in the top-up system, or in the (Sandwich Year) system, or in condensed, part-time or distance (On Line) programs.

* Conditions for a postgraduate scholarship
Conditions for joining a postgraduate scholarship included:
• Be of Qatari nationality.
• The age of the applicant at the time of submitting the application should not be more than (45 years old).
• For the employee to be appointed by his employer and a letter of approval from the Civil Service and the Government Development Bureau.
• Must have spent two years in the service of the Government of the State of Qatar after graduation. Exception to this requirement is made for those who have received at least a grade (excellence) after graduation, or the country is in dire need of specialization his, as assessed by the Scholarship Committee.
• That the specialization required for the scholarship is in line with the job duties of the candidate. • Obtaining unconditional admission from one of the higher education institutions listed and accredited within universities and educational institutions in the list of scholarships when submitting the application.
• The applicant’s grade in the bachelor’s degree should not be less than “very good” in the case of an employee and the grade (excellence) if he does not join a job.
• Obtaining a graduation certificate for the previous certificate or its equivalent.

Princely mission program
Regarding the requirements of the Emiri mission program, they included:

* Regulation on scholarships for a degree
