The Authority confirmed that the two new projects reflect its commitment to strengthening Sharjah’s position as one of the most prominent travel and luxury tourism destinations inspired by heritage in the region and the world. The Saray Suite project, Khalid Bin Ibrahim House, whose development work is scheduled to be completed in the last quarter of 2022, fulfills Shurooq’s vision for the development of an attractive tourist center in the “Heart of Sharjah”, as the project represents an addition of new in the project “The Chedi Al Bait Hotel – Sharjah” which was opened by Shurooq in 2017, to evoke the historical structure of the UAE by reviving the lifestyle of the local community.
The “Najd Al-Maqsar Village” project is located in a mountainous area in the town of Khorfakkan on the east coast of the Emirate of Sharjah and its development came from (Shurooq) and its restoration by the Sharjah Infrastructure Development Authority (Mubadala) as part of a major revitalization project for the Wadi Shi area, which he undertook with the aim of offering a new opportunity. Three major projects
As part of his fifteenth consecutive participation in the Arabian Travel Market 2022, Shurooq showcased three of his most recent projects in the field of ecotourism, namely “The Mountain Resort, Lux Khorfakkan” in the city of Khorfakkan overlooking the Arabian Sea and ” Al Bardi Resort, Lux “Al Dhaid”, which is located near the project “Sharjah Safari”, the largest safari project in the world outside Africa and the project “Rahal”, which offers luxury accommodation cabins on Hamriyah beach.
The “Mountain Resort, Luxe Khorfakkan” project is located near Khorfakkan beach on the slopes of Jabal al-Suwayfa, and is characterized by stunning views of the Arabian Sea and the surrounding landscape, and covers an area of 187,000 square meters. meters, and consists of 45 environmentally friendly hotel units with a design that guarantees a sufficient level of isolation and privacy. Shurooq is developing the Al Bardi Resort, Luxe Al Dhaid project in Al Dhaid, Sharjah.
