Egyptian universities presented various scientific innovations and projects in the field of engineering, medicine, agriculture and energy, in what resembles a science marathon, in preparation for participation in the conference “Egypt Can With Industry”, a national conference organized by the Ministry of Immigration. and the affairs of the Egyptians abroad.

Seeks the help of prominent Egyptian scholars in various fields, at home and abroad, in European, American and Japanese universities.

It was reviewed by Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, innovations and projects nominated for the conference, in a report presented by Dr. Mohamed Latif, Secretary of the High Council of Universities; As these innovations can serve the Egyptian industry and increase the role of Egyptian public universities.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced that Ain Shams University has submitted several research projects, including: the project for the development of a respirator, the design of an electric car “Golf Car” and the nursing robot “Shams”, which is implemented in collaboration with the Arab Organization for Industrialization.

The University of Zagazig presented a project for a long-acting and affordable pharmaceutical preparation for the treatment of diabetes and its complications, in collaboration with a national pharmaceutical company and a project of solar energy desalination system, with a dehumidification and humidification system.

The ministry indicated that South Valley University presented a composite membrane project for oil and water separation.

Matrouh University participates in a number of research points in the fields of environment and water, including the project to protect the environment from pollution by removing heavy elements and pigments from water, and treating groundwater, which suffers from high salt levels , for use in the fields of irrigation and agriculture.

New Valley University contributes to a number of research points, including a monochromatic photoluminescence project from liquid crystal polymers, which can regulate color, through a mechanical mixture of thermal and color, and has advanced the future of energy production. renewable for solar energy.

The University of Suez participated in projects on the microstructure and mechanical properties of alloy steel and a low-cost respirator face mask for effective protection against bacteria.

Cairo University proposed the design, implementation and production of intelligent electronic meters and a project for the design of desalination, water and wastewater treatment units.

Helwan University introduced projects, the most important of which are: an integrated new energy system for photovoltaic cells, a replacement for the housing sector in the country, under the slogan Made in Egypt, and a high quality lubricant project produced instead of the remnants of the oil industry.

The University of the Suez Canal participates in a series of research points to improve production and maximize wastewater use, including improving the production of biological control components for cotton leaf worm, using electromagnetic beams with power of low. Kafrelsheikh University contributes to the fields of energy, through a decision-making approach to planning and evaluating accurate networks based on hybrid renewable energy, with technical economic improvement, feasibility study and performance analysis of an integrated hybrid network with renewable sources for agricultural irrigation pumps in Sadat City.

Minia University participates in research projects on microbial trophic nanostructures, to recover energy from domestic wastewater, with simultaneous treatment, to improve the performance of diesel and pollution engines running on biodiesel fuel and to study the performance of cars that work with gasoline-propane fuel.

Al-Azhar University presented a project to produce an environmentally friendly glass system, suitable for radiation safety applications in nuclear facilities, through the development of recycled waste materials, and also presented a project for the use of a filtration technology for produce clean drinking water in poor villages. on the Nile in Egypt.
