The Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy held educational seminars entitled “Healthy Habits during the Holy Month of Ramadan”. The morning seminar was dedicated in collaboration with the Etihad Aviation Group Medical Center and Burjeel Hospital, a medical partner. During the seminars and seminars presented by the Academy in cooperation with partners, the specialists emphasized that the blessed month of Ramadan is one of the seasons that is a good and valuable opportunity to change many wrong eating habits, as well as the concept of fasting. in science. sense is the best way to get rid of many health problems, including problems related to the digestive process.
