The new headquarters was designed by international architect Zaha Hadid, who excelled in designing a wide range of the world’s most famous buildings. The building also relies on solar energy and incorporates many advanced technologies that reflect Bee’ah’s desire to keep pace with the times, considering digital transformation as a key pillar within the group’s strategies. All of these factors help and support Bee’ah in achieving its goals towards carbon neutrality and provide a guiding model for what will be future and sustainable city offices.
During his visit to the building, the Sharjah Governor was introduced to various aspects and the most prominent technologies included in it that enhance the experience of employees and visitors, he also visited the outdoor green space, the interactive visitor center and the advanced theater . , which are among the most prominent features of the new headquarters.One of the best smart services.
Turning to the technologies incorporated in the building, they include contactless corridors, face recognition technology for the entrance, intelligent meeting rooms, in addition to a building application that provides the latest updates and information to employees, and among the advantages offered by the building is the automatic control of lighting and temperatures according to the number of seats and the level of sunlight, and the rooms have been upgraded with a range of tools and technologies that facilitate the development of personal or virtual meetings.
In addition to advanced technologies, the building was designed to consume as little energy as possible and to be an embodiment of the meaning of sustainability and preservation of the environment, and to complement these features and characteristics, the exterior design of the building was in harmony with the factors of motit. and thus achieving the highest levels of efficiency. The new building is also in harmony with the surrounding environment and includes a steel structure covered with reinforced concrete reinforced with fiberglass that reflects the heat of the sun and prevents the ingress of heat.
