What was the first recipe you made? How can you classify your dishes?
Dip cashews. It tasted very bad, but I was proud I had made it myself.
I like to prepare recipes from all over the world and learn about new cultures. I can classify my cooking as “international cuisine”, adding my personal touch. I never like to copy a recipe.
Can you tell us a story in which you prepared food for your friends?

The recipe is enough for 4 people
1/2 kilogram chicken breast cut in half

How to prepare:
1 – Marinate the chicken with onion juice, lemon, garlic powder, salt and pepper, for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
2 – In a pan fry the chicken in olive oil and a tablespoon of butter on both sides, then remove and add the remaining butter.
3 – Fry the onions with a little salt until golden brown, add the mushrooms, thyme and garlic and mix.
