The Council commended His Majesty the King for supporting the Bahraini youth, as they are the wealth of the nation, half of the present and all of the future, appreciating the efforts of the honorable government headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al. Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in translating His Majesty’s directives in this regard, appreciating the current year 2022. In Bahrain’s youth year, he called for joint formal and civil efforts to support, invest and educate the youth, arm them with science, knowledge and morals and connect them to their religion, identity, values and history, which would qualify them to overcome all challenges.
The Council commended the fruitful efforts led by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister in addressing the Corona (Covid-19) virus, which had a direct impact on placing the Kingdom of Bahrain in the most appropriate place to overcome the effects. of the pandemic, and to return life to normalcy with the required speed, which restored the holy month, its vital activities; Religious and social ones.
The Council expressed its appreciation for the efforts of the people of Bahrain working on the front lines and of all the supporting bodies, who set the most exemplary example of commitment, giving and giving and embodied the desired integration into the national health system, praying to God. He also praised the generous order given by His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince, the Prime Minister, to launch a development plan for mosques and mosques in all the governments of the Kingdom of Bahrain and to launch it immediately, while appreciating at the same time the Directives for the opening, restoration and rehabilitation of 20 mosques belonging to the Departments of Sunni Waqf and Jaafari in the various governments of the Kingdom Providing the necessary budget for the plan for the reconstruction of the houses of God, the adoption of modern standards and Islamic models in reconstruction and development of mosques, allocation of seats and taking measures for the rapid start of the design and construction of 12 mosques in the city of Salman.
He stressed that these generous directives clearly reflect the will of the honorable government headed by His Highness to care for the houses of Almighty God and that everyone liked this polite development plan during the holy month of God.

The Council then considered a memorandum from the General Secretariat on the latest developments of the Sheikh Hamad Mosque maintenance project in Muharraq, considering the award of the public tender for the project to the best bidder and that work is underway to complete necessary work. procedures with relevant authorities to start work on the project as soon as possible.
The council also considered three requests for the construction of new mosques; The first is in the town of Salman, the second is in Zallaq and the third is in the East Hidd Housing Project.
