The Chairman of the Council and the honorable members expressed their great pride in this blessed meeting and the appreciation of His Majesty for the role of the Council in the service of the true Islamic religion and the dissemination of its tolerant teachings, raising awareness of its constants. based. for moderation and moderation, the rejection of extremism and bigotry, the call for the observance of virtuous morality and the promotion of the values ​​of brotherhood and solidarity, compassion and cooperation among all, asking the Almighty God to grant him success in carrying out this mission noble and noble mission.

In the regular session held by the Council today, Tuesday, via video link, the Council has renewed the wishes and blessings on the occasion of the holy month, via video phone, headed by Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad bin Rashid Al Khalifa. Blessed occasion is upon our country, its people and all Muslims with kindness, Yemen and blessings, calling to take advantage of these great nights and days to approach God Almighty through worship, prayer, justice and kindness, strengthening the bonds of compassion, communication and interdependence, spreading intimacy, love and harmony, and spreading kindness, favor, and peace.

The Council commended His Majesty the King’s support for the youth of Bahrain as they are the wealth of the nation, half of the present and all of the future, appreciating the efforts of the honorable government headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa , The Crown Prince and the Prime Minister, in translating His Majesty’s directives in this regard, appreciating the designation of the current year 2022 AD. In Bahrain’s youth year, he called for joint official and civil efforts to support and invest in youth, educate them, arm them with science, knowledge and morals, and link them to religion, identity, values and their history, in a way that qualifies them to overcome all challenges and difficulties with the help of Almighty God.

The Council commended the fruitful efforts led by His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince, the Prime Minister in addressing the Corona (Covid-19) virus, which had a direct impact on placing the Kingdom of Bahrain in the most suitable place to overcome the effects of the pandemic, and to return life to normal at the speed required, which restored the holy month, its vital activities; Worshipful and social, and restored prayers and worship to the previous era, praise be to God.

The Council expressed its appreciation for the efforts of the people of Bahrain working on the front lines and of all supporting parties, who set the most exemplary example of commitment, giving and giving, and embodied the desired integration into the national health system, God. Almighty reward them for this.

He also praised the generous order given by His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince, the Prime Minister, to launch a development plan for mosques and mosques in all the governments of the Kingdom of Bahrain and to launch it immediately, while appreciating at the same time the Directives of Height for the opening, restoration and rehabilitation of 20 mosques associated with the Sunni and Xhaafari Endowment Departments in different governments. Kingdom, providing the necessary budget for the plan for the reconstruction of the houses of God, adopting modern standards and Islamic models in the reconstruction and development of mosques, allocating places and taking measures for the rapid start of design and construction of 12 mosques in the city of Salmanit.

He stressed that these generous directives clearly reflect the will of the honorable government headed by His Highness to care for the houses of Almighty God and that everyone liked this polite development plan during the holy month of God.

The Council also welcomed the opening of a number of mosques and mosques in connection with the holy month, congratulating the people on its opening as a destination for believers and memorials, appreciating in this regard the commitment of the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty the King, to serve the houses of the Almighty God and to build, care for and support them, while appreciating at the same time.The contributions of lovers and owners of white hands in this field, praying to the Almighty God to do it in balance from their good deeds.

The council then discussed the topics on the agenda and began by reviewing the Institute of Reading strategy, the preparation of the Holy Qur’an teachers, the operational plan, the study programs and the proposal for some of the respective competitions. The institute throughout the past period has prepared plans, programs and regulations, asking God for success and payment.

The Council then reviewed a memorandum from the General Secretariat on the latest developments of the Sheikh Hamad Mosque maintenance project in Muharraq, where it considered awarding the overall tender for the project to the best bidder and that work was underway for it. complete the necessary procedures with the relevant authorities to start work on the project as soon as possible.

The council also considered three requests for the construction of new mosques; The first is in the town of Selman, the second in Zallaq and the third is in the East Hidd housing project. He referred the requests to the accompanying commission for the construction of the mosques and their annexes to study them and make recommendations. regarding them before the Council, closing the session by reviewing the messages received, reviewing the new work and taking the necessary measures.
